1. WHAT IS THE BOOKING MANAGER?
The Booking Manager is a one-stop shop for all of your
Turkey travel needs, whether you are after a cruise, overland tours throughout
Turkey, accommodation or transfers. Farout owns, runs and can offer all of the above services.
2. WHAT SERVICES CAN I BOOK USING THIS PROGRAM?
The
Booking Manager has been specifically designed to ensure our customers can make
their reservations / bookings easily. The following services can be booked
using this program:
Cruises: Farout cruises can be
booked via Booking Manager. Our itineraries can be found on www.faroutcruises.com
Accommodation: Whether you’re
staying in one of Farout’s hotels / guesthouses, or affiliates in another
city, Booking Manager can assist with ensuring you have a bed when needed: https://www.faroutturkey.com/where-to-stay
Tours: All Farout tour programs
can be booked via Booking Manager. Itineraries can be found on www.faroutturkey.com/
Transfers: Whether you need to be
picked up or dropped off (or both) at any airport, or even wish to book a
private transfer between cities, Booking Manager can make your life easy.
3. IS FAROUT A TRAVEL AGENCY?
Farout is a Turkish based travel and yachting
company, who has been organizing tours / cruises for many years. The firm has
expanded rapidly over the past few years, and has been offering new tour
programs / itineraries to continue providing best in class services.
Farout hold full licenses of / Member of:
TURSAB - Association of Turkish Travel
Agencies – Class A License (No 13689)
4. HOW DOES BOOKING MANAGER WORK?
The
Booking Manager is a simple and easy way to plan, book and pay for your travel,
ensuring your time spent in Turkey is most enjoyable. Firstly, you will need to
select the ‘services’ you wish to book (or enquire) before pressing ‘continue’.
You will then be shown a summary of your selections under ‘My Cart.’ Once you
proceed further, you will be asked to enter your personal details. Upon
reaching Step 4 ‘Complete’ you will be asked to make a deposit, or payment in
full. After payment has been made, you will receive confirmation via email,
providing explicit instructions on meeting points, addresses, etc (depending on
what you have booked.)
If you wish to just make an enquiry, we will provide you with a response as
soon as possible.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS AND ITINERARY?
You
will receive your tickets and itinerary after payment has been received and the
booking is finalized. You will only
receive an itinerary if you have booked a tour such as Gallipoli & Troy,
Cappadocia etc. The cruises, transfers
and accommodation will not require an itinerary. If you would like more information on the

6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DOOR TO DOOR AND SEMI DOOR TO DOOR TOURS?
Farout
also operates a bus service between certain cities in Turkey, as follows:
- Istanbul-Gallipoli-Ephesus (and also in reverse)
- Selcuk-Pamukkale-Fethiye (and also in reverse)
- Cappadocia Tours
- Mt Nemrut and SanliUrfa Tours
The full door-to-door service is when we pick you up from your hotel, and drop
you at the doorstep of your next accommodation.
Sometimes, we are unable to do this with our own bus, so you will be
required to use reputable public buses. If this is the case, this service is
what we call semi door to door.
7. WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
The Farout office is open daily from 8.30am to late (very late especially in peak

9. AM I ABLE TO CHANGE ANY OF MY BOOKINGS IN BOOKING MANAGER?
The
simple answer is yes, provided you have not completed Step 4 ‘Complete.’ During
any stage of using Booking Manager, you can go back to Step 1 ‘Services’ and
change, add, delete your bookings.
Once payment has been made, you will be unable to change your bookings on
Booking Manager. If your plans change, and you wish to postpone, or change your
booking, you will be required to contact us directly via email, in order for us
to process your changes. A fee may be applicable.
